Each year we review our fees and charges that help fund the operation and maintenance of various services.

All fees and charges include GST at the rate of 15% and will take effect from 1 July 2025.

Summary of new fees or charges

Most fees and charges are based on cost recovery or set by legislation. The 2025/26 fees have been adjusted inline with the inflation rate in Year 2 of the 2024–2027 Three-Year Plan. Where fees aren't regulated, they're rounded to the nearest dollar, this means some lower fees may increase slightly above inflation. Regulated fees are updated when we receive notification from the relevant authority.

The following fees are non-inflation movements

Parking fees - increase of 50c per hour. Fees have remained unchanged for 10 years, the increase is slightly below the cumulative inflation rate over 10 years.
